I didn't just end up the way I am now on accident.
Who I am now is very intentional and I wasn't always happy and confident.
In fact, for most of my life, I struggled with my inner critic and negative self-talk.
I grew up an athlete.
When I was 7, I started competing in swimming and later in grade school, started playing water polo.
I competed for 15 years, including at the DI and DII levels in college.
I didn’t have the understanding or words to describe it at the time, but I was deeply unhappy, struggled with poor mental health, mild depression, low self-worth, and anxiety for years.
I thought things would get better when I finished competing, that I would feel better - but I didn't.
Over a year after I stopped competing, things still hadn’t improved.
I was working full-time and getting paid decent at my first job out of school, but something was still “wrong” - I couldn’t put my finger on it, but I knew something was off.
I thought there was no reason I should feel deeply sad or “down” if the stress of competition and navigating my injuries were gone.
After a while, I decided I had to do *something* because I didn’t want to live with this invisible weight I was carrying anymore.
I never had any experience or exposure to therapy or counseling, so I wasn’t sure where to start.
A trusted friend who was a few years older had highly recommended her Life Coach, so I decided to reach out for a Discovery Session.
Almost 15 years later, I can confidently say that this was the *best decision* I have ever made in my life.
Not only did I find a wonderful Coach, but I learned that I was responsible for my own wellbeing…
I learned that my life wasn’t just going to magically get better, I had to do things differently.
*I* had to take responsibility.
*I* had to make changes.
*I* had to make different choices.
And that’s a lesson I’ve kept with me - and had to remind myself of in different situations over the years, as well as this:
No one is coming to save me.
People will be there to support you and help you and guide you, but at the end of the day, it’s up to you.
A new situation is not going to solve your problems.
So I’m saying this to you out of deep love:
(1) No one is coming to save you.
(2) Your life will improve when you start doing things differently.
Since first seeing my Coach almost 15 years ago, I've been on a wild journey of growth and self-discovery.
I've made massive leaps since then.
3 years ago I discovered Energy Psychology and was finally able to heal my body dysmorphia.
Now, with what I've learned, I feel called from my heart to help others live better, healthier, and happier lives. (And protect my own peace!)
Over the past 10 years, I've developed a proprietary science-based method based on my 10+ years of Life Coaching Experience, nearly 15 years in the business world, process improvement expertise, emotional intelligence skills, breath-work, and neuroscience to help clients make massive shifts in a short amount of time.
I've packaged that method into this Program and I'm SO EXCITED to share it with you!
If this resonates with you and you're ready to take some massive leaps forward, I'd be honored for you to join me!
I hope to see you in the Program,
Lo
